Kit Paulson

Kit received her BFA in glass from Alfred University in 2004, and has been working continuously with the material since then. She recently completed her MFA at Southern Illinois University, and is currently a resident artist at the Penland School of Craft. 

Kit has a broad interest in art, science, and history that intersects superbly in her career as a glass sculptor. Her recent work uses ornament and intricate, time-intensive constructions as a way to collect and tell stories.
